November 6, 1990 is the date of establishment of Industrialbank, which became the successor of the bank “Sodruzhestvo”. On October 16, 1991, the bank was registered at the National Bank of the already independent Ukraine. Later, in 2005, Industrialbankbecame the successor of “MT-Bank”. Nowadays, theIndustrialbank network includes 42 department in cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, Dniprorudnyi, Melitopol, Polohy, Sumy, Lebedyn, Romny, Kremenchuk, Horishni Plavni, Ivano-Frankivsk and others.

On June 18, 2019, the independent credit rating agency Credit-Rating raised the long-term Industrial Bank's credit rating by the National Rating Scale to uaAA with a stable outlook. For the first time, the credit rating was assigned to the Industrial Bank in 2009, in 2016 it was raised to uaA-, and on May 24,  2018, - to uaAA-. View -

The assets of the Industrialbank reaches 4.5 billion UAH. The loan portfolio amounts is up to UAH 2.5 billion, the volume of corporate lending is UAH 2.4 billion.
